Notice of 2026 Election – Third, Eighth, and Eighth Alternate Retirement Board Member Positions

An election for the Third, Eighth, and Eighth Alternate Board Member Positions shall be held on December 1, 2026.

Notice is hereby given that a regular election for the Third, Eighth, and Eighth Alternate Board Member Positions of the Sonoma County Employees’ Retirement Association (SCERA) Board shall be held on December 1, 2026. 

The Third Board Member position is held and elected by the active general membership.  Active general members are members, other than active safety or retired members, in active service, of the County, Sonoma Valley Fire District, or Superior Court.

The Eighth and Eighth Alternate Board Member positions are held and elected by the retired membership.

The term for these positions will be from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029.
